Leh: A Certificate Distribution ceremony of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) Camp was conducted on Sunday in virtual mode.
Chander Malik, Founder- STEAM Vision Foundation and Tsering Tashi, Founder-Ladakh Science Foundation were present on this occasion.
As per reports, STEAM Camp on “App Innovation Program: Learn to Design and Code Mobile App” was conducted from 12th to 16th July 2022 by Sindhu Shiksha Abhiyan Ladakh in collaboration with Ladakh Science Foundation – LSF where in more than 360 students from Ladakh have registered, around 90 students have attended the training and five groups have successfully completed the prototype Mobile APP on various societal issues and presented the Project.

Continuation online classes/ camp are being conducted on every Sunday on coding, programming and continuation of the STEAM Project. The best performers may get STEAM Scholarship to continue their Project. They may also get opportunities to participate in national and international competitions to demonstrate their Project.
