A School Management and Development Committee (SMDC) Training-cum-Community Mobilization Programme was held today at the office of the Deputy CEO, Kharu.
The programme began with a welcome address by Smt. Khalida Parveen, Deputy CEO Kharu, who extended a warm welcome to all participants, including SMDC members and headmasters from various schools.
The training aimed to raise awareness among SMDC members about their key roles and responsibilities while encouraging greater community participation to enhance school enrollment.
Sessions focused on the importance of collective effort in improving the quality of education, strengthening school governance, and fostering stronger community engagement in the overall development of schools.
