Kargil: As a measure to protect Kargil after the outbreak of Lumpy Skin Disease, the deputy commissioner of Kargil has ordered imposition of Section 144 in the district.
An order in this regard has been issued from the office of deputy commissioner in which it has been stated that entry of all bovine animal from anywhere in India is prohibited in the district of Kargil.
