Nubra, January 15, 2026:
Sub-Divisional Magistrate Nubra, Mukul Beniwal, IAS, on Thursday chaired a preparatory meeting at his office chamber to review arrangements for the forthcoming 77th Republic Day celebrations, 2026.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on key aspects of the event, including finalisation of the venue, decoration arrangements, cultural programmes, seating plans, issuance of invitation cards, parade management, awards distribution, and other logistical requirements.
Emphasising the need for seamless inter-departmental coordination, the SDM directed all concerned officers to ensure timely execution of assigned responsibilities to guarantee the smooth, disciplined, and successful conduct of the national समारोह.
The meeting was attended by Tehsildar Diskit, Tufail Iqbal, KAS, along with Heads of all departments of Nubra Sub-Division.
