TANGTSE: Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Durbuk, Shakeel Ahmed inspected PHC Tangtse Tuesday.
He reviewed the health facilities for tourists visiting the sub-division. Tangtse is a major tourist hub and witnesses a hug tourist footfall every year.
Tangtse is a village in the Leh district of Ladakh union territory. It is located in the Durbuk tehsil.
Traditionally, it was regarded as the border between the Nubra region to the north and the Pangong region to the south. It was a key halting place on the trade route between Turkestan and Tibet.
