School Leadership Academy holds workshop on Pedagogical

Leh: The three day workshop on pedagogical leadership for the leading leadership in Schools (Preparing the school Heads for School Leadership) for the Head of Institutions (HOIs) of Higher Secondary Schools of Leh District concluded successfully at DIET Leh.

The workshop was organised by the School Leadership Academy. 

Principal, Higher Secondary School, Saspol and Resource person,Kaniz Fatima briefed on modules like concept of School leadership, meaning of School Leadership in the Indian Context, effect of School leadership on students learning, pedagogical leadership framework for leading learning, understanding the three layers of pedagogical leadership, Annual pedagogical plan for leading learning and steps for preparing the APP. 

Around 17 Principals of different Higher Secondary Schools attended the workshop. 

Principal, DIET, Chetan Dorjey urged the HOIs to implement these pedagogies in their respective Institutions.
