KARGIL: In Ladakh, as a community effort, ROQS – The Helping Team, in collaboration with The Little Hands Project Kaksar, carried out a major beautification and decoration drive at Primary School Ajinopora Kaksar, located along the Line of Control.
Under the banner of their initiative “Sunday For Humanity”, a group of dedicated teachers and local volunteers worked for four consecutive days to transform the school into a lively and inspiring learning space.
The effort brought smiles to the faces of young students and was warmly appreciated by parents, teachers, and residents of the area.
Sarpanch Mohammad Hussain lauded the initiative and extended full support, emphasizing the importance of such voluntary efforts in uplifting education and community morale in remote regions.
This initiative stands as a shining example of the positive change that grassroots volunteerism and community collaboration can bring, especially in border areas like Kaksar.
