Registrar UoL visits GDC Nobra
KARGIL: Prof (Dr) Ashok Kumar Sharma, Registrar of University of Ladakh visited Government Degree College Nobra on Friday.
Entire fraternity of college including principal, teaching faculties, students and non-teaching faculties of GDC Nobra presented a hearty welcome to Prof. AK Sharma for his first-time visit to the remote college.
Prof. Sharma interacted with the faculties and students of GDC Nobra and listened to their grievances and problems. He discussed important issues pertaining to faculties and students and assured them to timely resolving the issues.
He assured the clearance of pending promotion and placement cases of faculties and non-compound increment for faculties with PhD degree. He also assured resolving of issues raised by student council president. He appreciated the endeavours and enthusiasm of all the faculties for actively working in such far flung region.
Prof Sharma also emphasized on the quality and modern education for students, and instructed faculties for hardwork and dedication towards education of students and overall development of college.
