DOKS CHUTUMAIL: PM SHRI Govt Middle School Doks Chutumail hosted a successful Parents-Teachers Meeting Saturday in the school premises, focusing on the holistic development and well-being of students.

The meeting commenced with crucial updates on school initiatives, highlighting key areas including academic progress, health and hygiene, and infrastructural development.

Parents actively participated with great enthusiasm and a positive approach, expressing their concerns about the teaching-learning process and extending heartfelt gratitude to the school staff for their unwavering dedication and support.

During the discussion, a parent suggested revising school timings for enhanced efficiency while appreciating the collective efforts of teachers in ensuring quality education and overall student improvement.

The Headmaster Mohd Hussain acknowledged and sincerely appreciated the parents’ involvement and cooperation, emphasizing the significance of their continued support in shaping a thriving learning environment.

He also congratulated the parents for the success of the school’s alumni who recently cleared their 10th and 12th CBSE examinations at HSS Akchamal, marking a proud moment for the institution.

Further, the Headmaster shared updates regarding government-supported development projects and facilities completed within the school.

He also highlighted students’ academic and extracurricular achievements from the previous academic year, expressing confidence in maintaining similar excellence in the current session.

Gratitude to 17000ft Foundation: The Headmaster extended heartfelt gratitude to the entire 17000ft Foundation team, particularly its Founder and Co-founder, for their previous and recently proposed projects aimed at improving school infrastructure and student resources.

Their generous support has been instrumental in fostering a more conducive learning environment, ensuring better educational opportunities for students.

Key Discussions and Resolutions; The meeting also addressed various concerns, including: Drinking water facilities and improving sanitation.

Playground expansion and fencing wall construction. Student discipline and values to nurture responsible citizens. Homework strategies and parental involvement in student development.

The school administration assured parents of their continued efforts to enhance educational quality and infrastructure for the benefit of all students.
