NRLM Leh initiates Social Mobilisation campaign ‘Sangathan Se Samriddhi’

Ladakh Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), Leh District initiated the Social Mobilisation campaign ‘Sangathan Se Samriddhi’ at Thiksay Block.

The campaign was initiated by Block Programme Manager, Thiksay, Jigmat Angmo and Block Programme Manager, Panamik, Thenless Angmo under the supervision of ACD Leh, Sonam Nurboo in presence of Sarpanch and Nambardar of respective GP,namely Rambirpur,Thiksay II and Shey.

During the campaign, BPMs introduced the background and benefits of scheme to the women and motivated them to join the scheme.

Later, Community Mobiliser, Tsering Spalzes who had recently attended the induction session at Telangana shared her experiences and benefits of scheme.

Further, BPMs met with the JK Bank Manager Thiksay and discussed various issues regarding bank linkage ,interest subventions and placement of Bank Sakhi in Thiksay branch and requested for the financial literacy camp at village /GP level.
