Newly elected EC Punchok Tashi receives grand reception at Zanskar
Kargil: The Newly Elected Executive Councillor Er. Punchok Tashi on Tuesday received a grand reception on arrival at Akshow in Sub-Division Zanskar.
The warm welcome was presented by thousands of supporters, party workers, and Sub-Divisional Officers headed by Incharge SDM Tsering Norbu at village Akshow.
The EC was accompanied by Councilor Karsha Constituency, Stanzin Jigmath, contested candidate of Cha Constituency Stanzin Sonam and President Youth Wing, Indian Congress Committee UT Ladakh Manla Dorjay.
The visitors were welcomed with warm reception presented at every village from Akshow to Padum.
Interacting with the supporters and villagers the EC and Councilor conveyed their heartfelt thanks to the supporters and voters for their victory in the 5th LAHDC Kargil Election held recently.
