Nearly 150 Leh teachers participate in DIET’s Capacity Building programe

Leh: DIET Leh organised a two day workshop on Public Financial Management System (PFMS) as a part of the ongoing third batch of Capacity Building training for headmasters and head teachers of Govt. Primary School of Leh District.

The worshop was held under the scheme of School Leadership and Pedagogy.

On the first day, PFMS Officer, Finance Department,UT Ladakh, Phuntsog Angchok and Technical Assistant, Mohd. Asif gave hands-on training on how to operate PFMS at school level.

Around 120 teachers participated in the training.

Also, under the ongoing 20 days Capacity Building second batch for Govt . Middle School Head Teachers, a session was delivered on SWOT Analysis by Principal Govt High Sec. Saspol, Kaniz Fatima.

Similarly, in the afternoon session, Head Teacher, Hafiz Abdul Aziz delivered a talk on ‘Moral Responsibilities as a Teacher’ in the Society.
