MP JTN concludes his his 3-day visit to Nubra Valley

LEH: Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal concluded his 3-day visit to Nubra Valley on October 17.

During his visit, MP Ladakh participated in various significant events and initiated several developmental projects in the region. Besides, Deputy Chairman, LAHDC, Leh, Tsering Angchuk , Councillors and District officers from the concerned department accompanied him.

He attended Nubra Festival held in Skuru, where he celebrated the rich cultural heritage of the region and interacted with the local community.

Moreover, MP Ladakh made a visit to the Udmaru Bridge to inspect the progress of the ongoing construction work, emphasizing the importance of robust infrastructure in the area.

Member of Parliament also laid the foundation stones for several key road projects aimed at enhancing connectivity in the region. This included the Udmaru-Hundri Road, funded under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). Additionally, he also laid the foundation stone of Hundri Burma via Shatse Taknak road, supported by the Central Road Fund (CRF).

Furthermore, he inaugurated the Tsati to Rongdo Road, another significant project under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).

In an effort to enhance local connectivity, he also laid the foundation stone for the Khungru to Kheema Road under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), and the Digar to Kongkala Road, funded through the Central Road Fund (CRF) at Digar.
