New Delhi: Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal called on Amit Shah Minister Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Co-operation of India in New Delhi and discussed varrious issues pertaining to the overall development of Ladakh.
Ladakh MP JTN discussed the matter related to the requirements of the Amendment of LAHDC Act. ensuring Constitutional Safeguards on numbers of matters as aspired by the people of Ladakh, defining role, responsibility and rank of the members of the LAHDCs of Leh and Kargil and streamlining the institutions of PRI, LAHDCs and Administration for smooth functioning in accordance with the new setup of the Union Territory.
During the meeting, MP JTN also discussed numbers of important issues related to both Leh and Kargil Districts and sought guidance of Hon’ble Home Minister for future progress of Ladakh.
