Nyoma, Ladakh – Taking governance to remote corners, public outreach camps under the Mimang-Si-sJabstogs initiative were held at Hemya and Kungyam villages in Nyoma Sub-Division.
Supervised by SDM Nyoma, Shri Kacho Asgar Ali, the camps witnessed enthusiastic participation from residents as officials from multiple departments addressed public grievances and reviewed ongoing projects.
Issues related to PWD, Rural Development, Irrigation & Flood Control, and PHE were taken up on the spot, with several resolved immediately. Officials also spread awareness about various Centrally Sponsored and UT schemes, outlining benefits and application processes.
The SDM assured villagers of continued follow-up and transparency in administration. The outreach drive will cover more villages in the coming days, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to people-first governance in Nyoma.
