Mechanical Division department holds Tiranga rally


Leh: In Ladakh, To Mark and Celebrate the 75th Independence Day of India with the theme of Har Ghar Tiranga and under the banner of “Azadhi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” the Department of Mechanical Division, Kargil organised an Earth Moving Machineries / Vehicle’s Rally, for the very first time in the history of UT Ladakh at Kargil.

The Aim to organise such Mega and Unique Earth Moving Machineries Rally is to celebrate the Ambitious event of Har Ghar Tiranga of the Nation by the Mechanical Department, Kargil in their own Way.

It is pertinent to mention here that After Ladakh became Union Territory, the Department of Mechanical Division Kargil is now well equipped with such Modern Heavy Machineries. Such Modern equipment are Requirements of the Modern era of Kargil.

While speaking on the occasion the Mohd Hassan, Executive Engineer, Mechanical Division Kargil further elaborated & highlighted the importance of the Har Ghar Tiranga event & he conveyed that the aim to celebrate this Rally in such a unique way is to spread the enthusiasm and highlight the important of these Machineries on the occasion.

He further added that in this Modern 21 Century era the Department of Mechanical Division Kargil is fully equipped with such Modern Machineries. These Machineries are always remaining & ready to face & fight with any kind of Natural Clematises, disaster and day to day requirement in District Kargil.

The mega event Rally was Flagged off by Om Parkash, Superintending Engineer Mechanical Ladakh, in presence of Mohd Hassan, Executive Engineer, Mechanical Div. Kargil along with Nissar Hussain (AEE), Mohd Jaffar, Akbar Ali, Gh. Hassan (AE s), Junior Engineers & Other Technical & Ministerial Staff Members of Mechanical Division Kargil UT Ladakh.

All the Heavy Earth Moving Machineries were fled up and moving in a well disciplined manner during the Road Rally. The different Machineries which participated in today’s road rally are such as Wheel Loaders, HD Trailers, Hydra Cranes, Recovery Vans, Snow Plough Tractors, and JBCs etc.

The Ambitious Rally was started from Mechanical Workshop, Kargil and it’s finally concluded at the Complex of LAHDC Council Secretariat Kargil.
