The session started by welcoming speakers with traditional Khatags by Dr. Tashi Lundup.
The first speaker Prof. Amarshekar spoke extensively on how to become a management leader followed by a brief introduction to Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Pune.

After this, Autul Kirloskar, talk about the evolvement of Kirloskar company as business venture and schemes of CSR under with Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies has been founded. Furthermore, he also encouraged girls students to actively participate in business venture by citing example of his own daughter who runs a big company.
This was followed by question-answer session. All the students and faculty members actively participated in the event.
