Market checking team inspects Khaltse market
Leh: To ensure the quality and compliance of goods in the market, a market checking team conducted an inspection of a chicken seller’s shop in Khaltse on November 6, 2023.
Led by the Station House Officer (SHO), Khaltse Police Station, the market checking squad seized huge quantity of frozen from the shop. Furthermore, fines were imposed on the shopkeepers to address any violations or irregularities.
The inspection was carried out in the presence of an Executive Magistrate and officials from the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) department.
