Mahabodhi Sambodhi Retreat Centre bids farewell to guests from Vietnam
LEH: Group of 45 seekers of truth and lovers of peace, very friendly and kindly people from Ozen centre, Vietnam lead by their senior teacher Madam Dinh Thi Hoa had come and did 10 days intensive meditation retreat at Mahabodhi Sambodhi Retreat Centre Ladakh.
On the last day of the successful completion of the retreat while biding the guests farewell, the students of Mahabodhi girls’ and boys’ hostels presented a series of beautiful traditional cultural performance in honour of the lovely friends from Vietnam. Vietnamese friends also presented some heart touching Vietnamese traditional performances.
When all the children and Vietnamese guests joined together in the most popular Ladakhi traditional dance known as Tashispa-Mangalam invoking blessings with joy and smile on all the faces have thrilled the whole audience.
Bhikkhu Sanghasena said, “Human life is incomplete without songs, dance and music, in MIMC Devachan campus, we offer multifarious humanitarian and spiritual services but our Devachan community don’t forget to dance, sing and play music! Life is not meant for wars; life is meant for celebrations.” The event with beautiful performances was made memorable one.
