LEH, October 17: Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, General Officer Commanding, Fire and Fury Corps, conducted a detailed review of the operational preparedness of the Rudra Brigade stationed in the high-altitude areas of Ladakh.
During the visit, Lt Gen Bhalla appreciated the effective integration of all arms within the evolving organisational structure and closely monitored the tactics, techniques, and procedures employed by the brigade to enhance readiness and response capabilities. Officials highlighted that such inspections ensure that frontline units remain fully equipped and strategically agile to meet operational challenges in the region.
The visit underscores the Corps’ continued focus on maintaining high operational standards along India’s sensitive northern borders, combining rigorous training, modern doctrine, and coordinated manoeuvres to safeguard national security in the extreme conditions of Ladakh.
