Leh: With an objective to prepare a roadmap for better implementation of schemes like the National Education Policy (NEP), Ladakh Smart City, Jal Jeevan Mission, the 4th development conclave begins on Friday in Ladakh.
As per reports, the Leuitinat Governor of Ladakh R K Mathur chaired the conclave in Leh and the other senior officials were present.
“The 4th Ladakh Development Conclave is being held under the Chairmanship of Lt. Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur to discuss the National Education Policy; Ladakh Smart City; Jal Jeevan Mission & the Industrial Land Allotment Policy,” an offical said.
After the inauguration of the event, CEC LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson addressed the gathering discussed the National Education Policy; Ladakh Smart City; Jal Jeevan Mission & the Industrial Land Allotment Policy of the Union Territory of Ladakh with the officials from different departments of Ladakh administration.
Dy Chairman, of LAHDC Leh, Tsering Angchuk gave a presentation on Rationalisation of Schools. He briefed on importance of rationalisation, school category and enrolment of students, feasibility exercise, etc.
