Leh Health Department launches SAANS campaign

Leh Health Department organized the launch cum orientation on Social Awareness & Action Plan to Neutralise Pneumonia Successful (SAANS) campaign in Leh district. The campaign commenced on November 12, 2022 and will conclude on February 28, 2023. The main aim of the said campaign is to accelerate action against Childhood Pneumonia by generating awareness around protect, prevent and treatment aspects of Childhood Pneumonia and to enhance early identification and care seeking behaviors among parents and caregivers.
