LAHDC Leh launches ‘Rolyangs-pa Rogs’ scheme for Cultural Revival

Leh: LAHDC Leh launched its new scheme ‘Rolyangs-pa Rogs’ under its subsidy component.

The inaugural ceremony was held at the Shey Palace in the presence of Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson.

‘Rolyangs-pa Rogs’ is a scheme under LAHDC Leh’s subsidy component in which traditional musical instruments of Daman and Surna are provided to the beneficiaries at a 75% subsidized rates, which is implemented through the Department of Information and Public Relations, Leh.
