Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, twenty-two new positive reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 529 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 348 sample reports in Leh and 159 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that twenty-two patients were cured and 20 were received by CMO Leh and 2 was received by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 150, out of which 139 active cases are in Leh district and 11 active cases are in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1782 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 375 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and 225 passengers were screened at Upshi Check post today
