Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, seven new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 220 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 112 sample reports in Leh and 100 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that ten patients were cured and discharged, out of which 08 were discharged by CMO Leh and 02 by CMO Kargil.

UT Ladakh received 07 positive sample were received, out of which 06 were received by CMO Leh and 01 was received by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 71 out of which 64 active cases are in Leh district and 07 active cases are in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1547 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 326 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and 246 passengers were screened at Upshi Check post today.
