Ladakh relishes as Ice Hockey team reaches semi-finals in Women’s Asia, Oceania Championship

LEH: As the Indian Women’s Ice Hockey Team qualified for semi-finals of the Ice Hockey Women’s Asia and Oceania Championship the Ladakh is cherishing the moment since UT players participating for the first time.

Ladakh UT’s dedicated players are included in the team are participating in the championship, and are performing well.

This is the first time players from the newly carved union territory are participating in the national team, representing the country.

Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Leh (LAHDC-L) congratulated the team and said India’s performance has made entire country proud, especially Ladakh.

“Congratulations to the Indian Women’s Ice Hockey Team for the impressive achievement in reaching the semi-finals of the Ice Hockey Women’s Asia and Oceania Championship,” LAHDC stated in a message.
