Leh: In view of frequent power cut due to short supply of electricity in Nubra Sub-Division, the PDD department of Union Territory of Ladakh has constituted an inspection team to curb power pilferage.

“Inspection team was constituted by PDD to stop electricity theft and ensure proper supply and electricity during winter in Nubra Sub-Division,” an official told Indus Dispatch.
Inspection was conducted by PDD along with Police, village Lambardar, Sarpanch and others. Unauthorised heavy electrical appliance was seized during the inspection.
