Ladakh: The Union Territory Administration of Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of five Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers in the interest of administration.
As per the order, Huma Khan, JKAS, Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Leh, who also holds the additional charge of Assistant Director, Handloom Leh, has been assigned the additional charge of Superintendent, Handloom Leh, in addition to her existing duties.
Sarwar Shahzad, JKAS, who was earlier posted as Under Secretary in the Departments of Forest, Ecology and Environment; Rural Development and Panchayati Raj; and Science and Technology, has been transferred and posted as District Social Welfare Officer, Kargil. He will also hold the additional charge of Deputy Registrar, Cooperatives, Kargil.
Atul Singh Mankotia, JKAS, Under Secretary in the Departments of Labour and Employment; Housing and Urban Development; Tourism and Culture; and Information and Public Relations, has been given the additional charge of Under Secretary in the Department of Science and Technology.
Sanjat Bhardwaj, JKAS, Under Secretary in the Departments of Information Technology and Social and Tribal Welfare, will also hold the additional charge of Under Secretary in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
Anupam Bhardwaj, JKAS, Under Secretary in the Departments of Home and Vigilance, has been assigned the additional charge of Under Secretary in the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
The transfers and additional assignments take effect immediately.
