Ladakh Academy of Art, Culture holds children’s on spot painting, music competition

KARGIL: Ladakh Academy of Art, Culture and Language (LAACL), Kargil organized an on-spot painting and music competition at Culture Academy Hall, Kargil for children between 16-22 years.

Executive Councillor, RD, Tourism and Zanskar Affairs, LAHDC, Kargil Er. Punchok Tashi was the chief guest the previous day. In his key address, he said such competitions encourage creativity and artistic expression of children as well as promote Ladakhi culture and language.
