Ladakh: 7 students of govt schools’ cracks IIT, 10 NIT

Leh: As many as 7 students of Ladakh studied in different schools have secured admission in prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) in different parts of the country.

As per the data assessed by Indus Dispatch all of them have secured admission in different branches of IITs across the country.

The data further revealed that Rigzen Chosdon pf Basgo secured admission in IIT Guwahti, Maryam Bano of Suru, Kargil in IIT Kharagpur, Tsewang Khasphel of Zanskar in IIT Roorkee, Irfan Hussain of Sanjak Kargil in IIT Delhi, Najma Baigum of Taisuru in IIT Roorkee, Abass Ali of Choskore Kargil in IIT Ropar Punjab while Mohd Salim of Kargil in IIT Madras.

Commissioner Secretary Ajeet Kumar Sahu also shared data and congratulate students.

The data was shared by Ladakh Science Foundation (LSF) and also shared name of 10 student who have secured admission in NITs.

The LSF also congratulated the students from Ladakh who got admission in IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) / NITs (National Institute of Technology) in AY 2022-23 through JOSAA counselling.

“We wish them a great success in their future career. We are grateful to the members of IAOL (IIT aspirants of Ladakh) and LSF Mentors for guiding them in various phases of the counseling.
We are guiding and mentoring the upcoming IIT-JEE aspirants from Ladakh. We expect more and more students especially the Girl students to get into the country’s top technical institutes. Wish you all the best for your future endeavors,” LSF wrote on social media while sharing data.
