Leh: With an objective to boost the morale of local societies, artisan and entrepreneurship, the district administration is going to organise mega festival to display their products.

Carpet Weaving, Ladakhi Garment Making, Embroidery, Namda Making, Silver Filigree/ Black Smith, Fresco Painting (Thanka Painting), Clay Moulding (Sculpture), Papu (shoe) Making, Pottery Making, Basket Making, Stone (Mani Carving), Dragon painting an d
Hosiery/ Hand Knitting.
In this regard, the district administration of Kargil is going to organise two mega festival.
“The two days festival will begin on October 15 and conclude on October 16,” an official told Indus Dispatch adding that the festival is being organised by Department of Handicrafts Kargil.
He added that the event will cover display of Handicrafts products of local societiesm Artisans and entrepreneur.
