Kargil College students, staff conduct cleanliness drive

Kargil: The NSS and NCC Units of Govt. Degree College Kargil under the patronage of Principal Dr Amina Quari conducted a cleanliness drive under the ongoing celebrations of G-20 Summit and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav in the college premises.

Scores of students along with NSS and NCC volunteers and faculty members participated in the event. 

During the drive, students used dustbins to clean the college premises and its surroundings. They also collected trash and dumped it in the bins.

The drive was organized to aware students about the importance of cleanliness. 

The drive was meant to kick start the current session with a neat and clean campus. Workers of Municipal Committee Kargil also participated in the drive.

NSS and NCC coordinators thanked the faculty members and students for their active participation and for the successful execution of the event.
