Kargil, November 7: A two-day training program on the E-Office system began today at the Conference Hall, Baroo, Kargil, aiming to equip officials from various government departments with digital file management skills.
The program, organized by the District Administration Kargil, was inaugurated by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Imteeaz Kacho, who underscored the administration’s commitment to achieving a paperless work environment. He noted that the Deputy Commissioner’s office has already adopted e-office operations to enhance efficiency and reduce paperwork.
IT Managers Sajjad and Ishtiyaq from the IT Department, Ladakh, served as resource persons, conducting live demonstrations on e-file tools and their practical applications. Over 20 departments are participating in the training each day to ensure comprehensive coverage and smoother digital transition across the district.
