Leh: District Skill Committee of Kargil in collaboration with MICROSOFT’s implementing partner AISECT is introducing Rural India Skill Empowerment (RISE) program for Women & Youth of Kargil district at free of cost.
Any women & youth of age between 16-35 year are eligible to apply for this training program.
This training programme will cover the following four modules in a duration of 70 hours overall, Digital Productivity, Communication & personality development, Employability skills and Entrepreneurship Skills.
The Candidate who completes the 70 hours of overall training will get a microsoft certificate.
A minimum of 20% trained candidates trained candidates will be further integrated into corporate training/skilling programs of Microsoft/NSDC.
This program aims to provide various economic empowerment opportunities to atleast 10% of aspirants by developing a suitable & sustainable mechanism for placement.
The candidates trained through the program will be given placement assistance, as well as basic hand-holding support.
The content of the course is available in both Hindi and English languages. This course will be organised in online mode.
The course content for the program has been developed by
Subject Matter Experts and Industry experts which aims at training the candidates
in topics which will empower them, and are relevant to demands in the market. The course curriculum will be uploaded on Microsoft Community Portal (MCT), which will enable candidates to learn according to their timings as needed.
Also, the candidates would be attending live webinars on Microsoft Teams platform.Content is available in the form of PPT, PDF handouts, videos, and Webinar recordings.
