Leh: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday deputed four officials of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (RD&PR) to Union Territory of Ladakh while four other employees of the same department were repatriated.

As per the order issued by secretary to Government Piyush Singla reads that these officers deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh will be deemed to have been relieved from their respective places of posting with immediate effect
The officers deputed to Ladakh are Manzoor Hussain, Pankaj Rajput, Shahid Sultan Dar and Rukshar Ahmand Shah.
“Consequent upon the above, the following officers of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj are hereby deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh for a period of two years or till they are recalled,” the order reads.
The order further reads that these officers will report in the General Administration Department, Union Territory of Ladakh for further posting. The four other officers who were repatriated form Ladakh are Yasir Hussain Wani, Gurjeet Singh, Vrinder Kumar and Rajesh Kumar Padha.
“In the interest of administration, the following officers presently working in the Union Territory of Ladakh are hereby repatriated to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir with the directions to report in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, J&K for further posting after proper relieving by competent authority in the Union Territory of Ladakh,” the order reads.
