J&K Bank on Wheels’ team reaches Yurgo village
Leh: With an aim to provide inclusive banking service at doorstep to remote villages, the team of J&K Bank on Wheels’ reached Yurgo village in Durbuk sub-division Saturday.
Successfully conducted banking transactions through Mobile Banking unit.
On Friday, Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson had flagged off J&K Bank Mobile Banking System ‘J&K Bank on Wheels’ to provide an all-inclusive banking service at the doorstep in the farthest and remotest places of the district, including Changthang and Singaylalok.
Executive Councillor, RDD, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; Nominated Councillor, Konchok Tsephel; Zonal Head, J&K Bank Leh, Dorjey Angchuk; Branch Manager, J&K Bank Leh, Tsewang Dorjey; bank officials and other concerned officials were also present on the occasion.
