Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson attended the event as the guest of honor. Besides, Member NCM GoI, Rinchen Lhamo; President LBA, Thupstan Chhewang, and various other delegates/guests from India and Vietnam attended the opening ceremony.

All the dignitaries including H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche addressed the gathering during the inaugural session.

In his address, CEC Tashi Gyalson congratulated the audience on the inauguration of Drikung Kagyu Samtenling at Dalat and lauded the efforts of H.E Drubwang Sonam Jorfel Rinpoche in working tirelessly in the development of spiritual, cultural, and moral values, thus dedicating his life for the benefit of entire sentient beings through the teachings of Buddha Dharma.

CEC further highlighted the major contribution of H.E Drubwang Rinpoche in Ladakh and extended his heartfelt gratitude to Rinpoche.
