Kharu, December 10: A two-day capacity-building training programme was held at ICDS Project Kharu to enhance the skills of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) for improved service delivery at the Anganwadi Centre level.
The training focused on three key areas essential for strengthening the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) framework—Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) concepts, digital reporting through the Family Result System (FRS), and practical, low-cost Teaching Learning Material (TLM) preparation.
Officials said the training significantly improved the workers’ understanding and capabilities, paving the way for more efficient and effective service delivery across Anganwadi Centres.
