Leh: Constitution Day of India also known as Samvidhan Diwas was observed at Hill Council Leh in the presence of Executive Councillor, Stanzin Chosphel; Executive Councillor Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; Councillor Ishey Spalzang; Councillor Sonam Nurboo and Councillor Tundup Nurboo on Sunday.
IAO, LAHDC Leh, Jigmet Namgyal and other officials and staff of LAHDC Leh participated in the event.
Marking the day, Executive Councillor Stanzin Chosphel administered the reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India.
