Gyalson inaugurates Filling Station at Thiksey

Thiksey: Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson in the august presence of His Eminence Thiksey Rinpoche, and MP Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal inaugurated Thiksey Filling Station here on Friday.

Dy Chairman, Tsering Angchuk, EC RDD Tashi Namgyal Yakzee, ADC Leh Sonam Chosjor, Councillor Thiksey Stanzin Chosfail, Nominated Councillor Mumtaz Hussain, District Officers, Representatives from IOCL, Venerable Monks, various other guests, and a large number of people gathered during the ceremony.

The filling station has been set up by LAHDC Leh and Thiksey Monastery jointly through a MoU between both the parties. A vibrant cultural performances added more colour to the event.
