Govt accommodation: Employees asked to ensure timely payment of charges
Leh: Employees occupying government accommodation or officially hired private accommodation in lieu of government accommodation are required to pay the applicable house rent, license fees, hostel fees, and water and electricity charges in accordance with the prevailing rules.
All concerned employees are accordingly impressed upon to ensure timely payment of these charges and submit compliance to the respective Estates Officer by 31.03.2023.
Compliance for accommodations under the jurisdiction of the Joint Director Hospitality & Protocol Department or the concerned Deputy Commissioner should be submitted to their respective offices.
The Joint Director, Hospitality and Protocol Department shall consolidate information at the UT and District level and submit a report to this department.
