Zanskar: Government Degree College (GDC) Zanskar organized a study tour to Karsha as part of the academic curriculum, aiming to provide students with practical exposure and field-based learning experiences on Saturday.
A group of students participated in the tour under the guidance of faculty members Dr. Abid Hussain, Sajjad Hussain, and Mohd Hussain, who accompanied and supervised the visit.
During the tour, students engaged with local residents and conducted field interactions, collecting valuable data through questionnaires as part of a two-credit project report.
The visit offered them meaningful insights into the historical, cultural, and environmental significance of the Karsha region, thereby enhancing their academic understanding beyond the classroom setting.
