Khaltsi, November 26: Government Degree College Khaltsi observed Constitution Day under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sameena Iqbal. The programme began with an address by Dr. Mujtaba Tak, Assistant Professor of Political Science, who explained the importance of the day and highlighted the core values of the Indian Constitution.
Students and faculty reflected on constitutional ideals, fundamental duties and the relevance of democratic principles in everyday life. The event concluded with a collective reading of the Preamble, reaffirming the community’s commitment to justice, liberty, equality and fraternity.
