Flag Day: Zila Sainik Welfare office organises donation drive at Council Secretariat

LEH: On the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, the Zila Sainik Welfare office organised a donation drive at the Council Secretariat, Leh, Ladakh.

The drive was headed by Colonel Sonam Wangchuk (Retd) MVC, in the presence of Executive Councillor, Stanzin Chosphel and the Councillors of LAHDC Leh.

The Zila Sainik Welfare officers pinned flag on various officers in the secretariat.

Commissioner/Secretary, Ajeet Kumar Sahu said that it was an honour to get the flag pinned from Col Wangchul.

Commissioner/Secretary, Ladakh Padma Angmo on Wednesday greeted all Armed forces on Armed Forces Flag Day, and said that this is an opportunity to honour the bravehearts.
