Leh: Ex-Nambardar Tsewang Ishey handed over memorandum of demands to Div Com Saugat Biswas.

Kobet Halqa Tsewang Ishey met Divisional Commissioner Saugat Biswas and discussed the various grievances of Kobet Halqa at office secretariat.

He raised the problems being face by the people of border area of Kobet Halqa.

Among other issues, flowing problems being faced by the general public were discussed which include the Jal Jevan Mission execution of works in Kobet halqa has damaged the link roads and irrigation canals of every villages and before the sowing seasons starts from April the contractors have to remove the debris in the irrigation canals of respective villages and the debris from the links roads needs to be cleared for easy access of tractors and agriculture tools in the month of March and April.
