Eight new Covid 19 positive cases reported in Ladakh
The total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 65
Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, eight new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.

While a total of 129 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 115 sample reports in Leh and 06 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that sixteen patients were cured and discharged, all of them were discharged by CMO Leh.
UT Ladakh received 08 positive sample were received, all were received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is, 65 out of which 60 active cases are in Leh district and 05 active cases are in Kargil district.

The bulletin further informs that 2111 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 359 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and 254 passengers were screened at Upshi Check post today.
