Drass Winter Carnival concludes on a high note

Kargil: Drass Winter Carnival concluded Monday on a high note. The Closing programme was organised by Fire and Fury Cops.

In Ladakh, as part of ‘sadhbhavna’ initiative by Indian Army in the Union Territory of Ladakh, ‘Forever in Operations’ Regional Ice Hockey Tournament 2023 was organised at Bimbat, Drass in collaboration with the civil administration.
