Dr Rubiya Banoo from Hagnis shines in the field of Physics
KARGIL: Dr Rubiya Banoo, D/O Mohd Mussa Rtd. Chief Education Officer Kargil from Hagnis Chiktan has recently awarded the doctoral degree in Physics during the 7th convocation of AcSIR at New-Delhi by Dr Jitendra Sing MOS Science & Technology government of India in presence of chancellor AcSIR Prof. Kalaiselvi N. and Director ACSIR Prof Manoj Kumar Dhar.
She has completed her doctoral in Physics from CSIR- National Physical Laboratory New-Delhi in September 2022.
During her PhD. Period she proceeded Grenoble University France for research, she visited many countries as Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherland etc.
She did her Bachelors from Miranda House, Delhi University, and master degree from Panjab university Chandigarh.
After her PhD, she got a post-Doc position at IIT-Delhi. During the period she got selected as a research scientist at Ministry of Earth Science New-Delhi.
Moreover, she got an opportunity at attend the carrier development workshop for women in Physics at The Abdus Salam International Theoretical Physics at Triste Italy.
Recently, she has been appointed as assistant professor (Physics) at University School of Automation and Robotics at Indraprastha University, New-Delhi.
