District Police joins Tiranga rally to celebrate India’s Independence

Leh: The District Police Leh Organised a Tiranga rally, from Leh Gate to the NDS Stadium, to celebrate Har Char Tirana and 75 years of India’s Independence. The main objective of the rally was to create awareness on the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign. All the stakeholders were requested to raise the national flag high on their houses and business establishments and celebrate the Independence Day.

Santosh Sukhadeve-IAS, Deputy Commissioner/CEO LADHC, Leh, P. D. Nitya-IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Leh, Shruti Arora-IPS, Additional Superintendent of Police, Leh, and other officers from the District Administration and District Police Leh, actively participated in the rally.

The rally was adorned by the enthusiastic participation of students from the High School Housing Colony, Boys Higher Secondary School Leh, Girls Higher Secondary School Leh, Ladakh Public School, and Moravian Mission School Leh.

The rally culminated at the NDS Stadium, where a solemn pledge was administered by the Deputy Commissioner/ CEO LAHDC, Leh.
