Kargil, February 19, 2026: An E-Office training session for district officers from various departments was held today at the Conference Hall, Baroo, aimed at enhancing digital efficiency and ensuring accuracy in handling official files through the E-Office system.
The session focused on strengthening officers’ understanding of file management while addressing common technical and operational challenges faced during daily use of the platform. Key areas such as login procedures, digital signatures and troubleshooting technical issues were reviewed and clarified.
Master Trainer Mr. Ishtiyak conducted a detailed step-by-step demonstration of important system functions, including file receipt and acknowledgment, file creation and movement, dispatch and issuance procedures, file pullback system, and draft preparation and processing.
He also responded to queries raised by Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) and other participants, resolving both minor and major operational issues to ensure smooth implementation of the system.
During the session, officers were introduced to the ACOPS ID App, which facilitates OTP access and file management even in remote areas with weak network connectivity. The feature was highlighted as a significant step towards ensuring uninterrupted digital workflow in far-flung regions.
The training concluded on a positive note, with participants acknowledging the session as highly beneficial in strengthening e-governance practices across departments in the district.
